It's not the calm before the storm that
scares me, it's the calm that comes after...
We had no rain but we sure had a very windy morning.
The palm trees were swaying all over the place, and there
was of course constant lightning. As I told my mom, it’s a
miracle I have not been struck my lightning as yet 🙏.
The day just few by. I have no idea what happened.
It was a good day. I did as usual lots of cleaning, and before
you know it, it was already after four. That’s when happy
hour starts; of course I dropped everything I was
doing and got ready for happy hour time.
Yesterday I tried another something new it's called
Jamaican Me Thirsty and this is definitely a must have
again. Joes Crab Shack has so many yummy drinks, I
told the waiter that I have to try all of them. We’ll see.
Sniff and I spent the evening watching a movie;
well Sniff slept through most of it while I watched
some of it. Watching TV always puts me to sleep.
I have some more lab work to do today and next
week another follow up with my endocrinologist. My
days are filled in with doctors appointments, but I
always plan on doing something afterwards.
Hurricane Debby did a number on Fort Myers Beach
again not as bad as before, but once again there is a
lot of water damage to many businesses and homes.
A good day to all. Whatever you do, enjoy it and be
grateful for the blessings you have for the things we
take for granted someone else is praying for.
When you come out of the storm you
won't be the same person who walked in...
