Feeling Grateful ~

Do not spoil what you have by desiring what you
 have not; remember that what you now have was 
once among the things you only hoped for...

No matter where we are, I love my mornings.  It's so quiet. 
 Arvid is still asleep and it's just Sniff and I enjoying each
others company.  Sniff then takes another of his many naps
 and I get to go out to the balcony and just let my mind 
wander.  It goes to places I have locked up tightly.

I enjoy the scenery.  The stillness of the water,
 and the sunrise.  Many of the things we often take
 for granted are the ones that really matter most. 

 I feel grateful everyday to be able to wake up to yet
 another day.  To be able to talk to my family.  Have quality 
time with Arvid and to have Sniff in our lives.

So much has happened,and I am sure there is
 so much more waiting to happen, but for now I 
am grateful and happy for the life we have.

 day with a positive thought and a grateful heart.

Be thankful for everything that happens in your life;
 it’s all an experience.  At the end of the day, let there
 be no excuses, no explanations, no regrets....
