The key is to not prioritize what's on your schedule,
but to schedule your priorities...
When I woke up this morning it looked like rain. So far that is still the case. Even so,
it did not interfere with my errands. Mostly all things I enjoy. For starters always a
little work to do in the mornings and taking care of Brutus. After that the day was mine.
First chore of the day was a haircut and a blow dry. Usually I never do blow drys, but since
Adrian did it the last time I had a haircut (February), I liked it so much I decided
to do it again. Usually she styles it with a gel product which leaves it curly.
It sure surprised me to see that my hair has actually gotten longer.
Keeping it curly all the time does not really show the length.
The blow dry will probably last 4-5 days if I don't wet it. After that,
it's back to being curly again. Either way i like it. Change is always good.
After that it was a little shopping at another favorite of mine. ULTA, where you can find
EVERYTHING, and sure enough I found something just right for me. Happy, happy!
I admit to spending quite a long time there. Just so much to see, not to mention
the tentation to always want something you don't really need. But I was good.
Once I was done there was not enough time to get home and make lunch, but Arvid
is always easy to please. Just the mention of pizza and he was happy. For me it
was a little bit from Panera and a little pizza. Yummy both of them.
I'm full. I'm satisfied, and now I will just relax and read.
It's also raining and there is thunder and lightning outside.
Arvid is taking me to see Zuccerro in concert tonight in Miami.
Have heard a few of his songs and all I can say is that if he sings them
tonight it would definitely be worth it Will also listen online to some more
so that we can get into the mood as Arvid puts it.
For now wishing you all a good remainder of the day.
Hopefully it's not thunder and lightning in your area,
and don't forget to count your blessings.
Creativity and self-expression generate happiness.
Schedule some creative time each day,
even if it's just a few minutes of writing, painting, sculpting, etc...
