The sun is up, the sky is blue, all the makings for a perfectly beautiful day...
Some of the reasons to wake up early:
I get to capture the perfect sunrise.
I enjoy playing hide and seek with Brutus. In the mornings he is full
of energy and anything that has to do with hiding under a sheet or towels
is right up his alley. Brutus can play for hours, but because of his paw, I restrict
him to limited playtime. Somehow he seems to understand why we do this.
After taking care of Brutus' needs it is always very relaxing to sit with my cafe
and watch the rest of the sunrise. Sometimes I read a little,
but most times it is just some quiet time with myself and Brutus. By now
Brutus is usually a little pooped so he is just sitting relaxing next to his scratch pad
or observing the world perched high on his condo.
Either way we are both happy waiting patiently (mainly Brutus) for Arvid to wake up.
This is the perfect time for me to catch up on some work and to follow up with
customers and friends. It's quiet, it's peaceful and I just love it.
