A question that sometimes drives me hazy: am I or are the others crazy?
Life is one big road with lots of signs. So when you riding through the ruts, don't complicate your mind. Flee from hate, mischief and jealousy. Don't bury your thoughts, put your vision to reality. Wake Up and Live! ...
little pampering called for |
Last night mom and dad were here for the boat parade. Over dinner and drinks we all had a very nice and relaxing time. I really enjoy seeing my dad and Arvid together. They get along so well and it makes me happy. My parents love Arvid as do all my family and Arvid loves them as well. For me this is happiness and I could not ask for any more.
We all had a great time. My parents were extremely excited to see the parade and really enjoyed it. So many beautifully decorated boats. Unfortunately, getting a good picture was not so easy. My dad by the way, has already made friends with the neighbors. One in particular has already showed him around her home and even offered him and my mom the use of their bicycle to tour the area. Just the thought is funny!
Still very sad about all the tragedy in the world and though I try to shut it away I can visualize the tears that will forever be a part of the lives of these parents, friends, brothers and sisters...
I am grateful for what I have, for my family and for my friends and just as a way to cheer me up one of my friends sent me the cutest little picture of what Christmas is to a cat.
Our world is far from perfect, but if we all made an effort maybe we can start changing it a little at a time.
Wishing you all a good day and just remember that somewhere out there someone is not as fortunate as we are.

Run, because you can. Jump, because you can. Dance, because you can. Sing, because you can. Love, because you can. Smile, because you can. Be happy, because you can. Do it, for those who can't....
