There is more to life than increasing its speed...
Come Friday and there is a certain change in the air. Subtle, but you can feel it. You can tell we are in weekend mode. Arvid gets all excited looking for thing for us to do places to go and so forth. He and Brutus work together checking out what the weekend holds for us. Friday is also a good day to "talk him into things"
I have been telling him all week that I will be planning a trip to California. He just looks at me ands smiles. He knows me and knows that I will do it. The question is now when do we fit it into our schedule. Last night I actually showed him several different options, and he was happy with them....I know it will happen just not sure when.
He has already booked us a little weekend trip for after we get back from Norway and was buzzing with excitement when telling it to me. Arvid is happiest when he's planning Always good to have something to look forward to when we come back home. Also hope to visit my family after Norway. Should have been this week, but all my sisters could not all make it...bummer, but also something to look forward to when back from Norway.
Right now he is busy chatting with some Norwegian friends. Seems that no matter how many years have gone by the friendship is as strong as ever. When he chats with friend it's worse than when girls are on the phone. They can talk and talk...
Well soon time for breakfast and to get into the Friday mode. All is good in our world. We are at peace with each other and we are happy.
