Adversity causes some men to
break others to break records...
The other day on Facebook after the presidential
inauguration, there was already so many funny meme's
out all over social media. I of course could not help but save a
few I found hilarious. Of course I HAVE to share with you.
This has nothing to do with what you believe in. It's just
HILARIOUS honest fun. At least for me.
Weatherwise Florida has gone a little off the charts.
Another record is being set. I have lived here for over 30 years
and I never thought I would see snow in Florida. More snow has
fallen in Pensacola Florida than it has in Anchorage Alaska.
Arvid and I have had the heat on for most of this month. It's
not anywhere as cold as many other places, even other places in
Florida, but for us it's cold enough. Tomorrow will be really cold.
Arvid just keeps wondering why we're not in Puerto Rico right now.
Every year we get a calendar from Michelle and family. I
love it. I have this "bad" habit of saving everything. I just can't
seem to throw things away. Things as in cards, calendars and
anything that has sentimental value. I have stuff from when I
was a little girl. Have to do something about that. Not today.
Aside from the shock of having snow in Florida, seems
like everyone is at the same time having a blast. It's a winter
wonderland. May never happen again, but who knows. In
the meantime many Floridians are making the most of it.
To all a very good day. Pretty gloomy out there right
now, but the day is still young, and that can change.

Despite all I have seen and experienced, I still get the
same simple thrill out of glimpsing a tiny patch of snow...
