In every conceivable manner, the family is
a link to our past, a bridge to our future...
Yesterday was a very good day. We had an unexpected
relaxing visit to my parents, Max was also there.
Max's favorite food is pizza so we had pizza from (DHOP)
Downtown House of Pizza, which happens to be our favorite pizza.
Arvid and I picked it up and drove as fast as we could to mom and
dad's so that when we got there the pizza was still nice and warm.

The evening prolonged for hours. We all laughed,
heard stories again from my dad and Arvid, we had medical
advise from Max and enjoyed each other's company.
One very special evening enjoyed by all of us 😍
I can already feel myself missing mom and dad.
They have been here close to three months, but all good
things must come to an end. I know that they look forward
also to going back home to NC. I look forward to them
hopefully living closer to us one day in the future.

Today is looking to be the same, and even a bit warmer. Looking
forward to once again spending it with mom and day.
