Monday December 2nd~

A man's greatness is not measured

 by his accomplishments, but by 

the content of his character...

We begin the new week with a cold spell.  This is 
definitely not Florida weather, but we have been having it
 more and more. This being Florida, we can all say with 
certainty that it will be warmer as the day progresses.

Arvid keeps me entertained with his antics. 

 No matter what I ask of him he does it smilingly.

Between him and Sniff our life is always entertaining.

I will never get tired of these beautiful Fort Myers sunset.

Yesterday Arvid and I had our Sunday outing Downtown.  We

 had planned to go to Bruno's of Brooklyn, but that did not happen. 

 Instead we went to The Lodge.  It's really a cool place and I love the bar. 

 When Arvid was in Norway this summer I would sometimes go there 

for an afternoon drink.  I really miss those days of me doing my stuff.

While everyone had on shorts and t-shirts, Arvid and I had

 on long pants, long sleeves tops and we carried a sweater

 with us.  The temperature was a beautiful 70F (21C).

I love to read license plates and yesterday on just 

one side of the road I saw cars with plates from Texas, Ohio, 

West Virginia, Wisconsin and the one from the furthest was 

Alaska. Arvid does not get my "fascination" with this.

As the new week begins, I have a few doctors appointments. 

 As always Arvid knows how to stay busy.  It's his speciality.  I hope 

in his "busy" he does not plan to get me involved 😂  Aside from doctors 

appointments, I also have a few things that need to be taken care of.  

I also need time to do my stuff and not just run when Arvid wants.

Sniff is good, ready for the new week.  He's got lots of naps

 to catch up with.  His heating bed is all set for the mornings

 when it's cold  A good day and a good week to all.

It takes courage to grow up

 and become who you really are...
