One cannot think well, love well,
sleep well, if one has not dined well...
Yesterday we had dinner with Arvid's brother and his
girlfriend. We ate at this very good restaurant right in town
called Oscar's. Cuisines: Mediterranean, Barbecue, Turkish,
and Middle Eastern. They also have vegetarian meals. As
always the food was good, but the company even better.
In Horten there is always time for a soft ice-cream
cone, something both Arvid and I enjoy. Usually
we have a few during the Norwegian summer. We've
already had our first for this summer. Was good.
We spent time with Michelle and the family. Arvid
actually helped Emil a little. That was nice. He
and Emil bonded some more. Always good.
Summer in Horten may not be what I expected.
Cold and wet, but the flowers are in full bloom everywhere.
Just prettiness everywhere you look. Love it.

The days are long So far I have not really seen anywhere
but Arvid's hometown, and surroundings. At this stage
I'm not even sure I care to go anywhere anymore😬
Yesterday I showed Arvid how to find shows on YouTube for
the girls to watch when they visit. He was very impressed and
he ended up watching Cocomelon for quite some time😂
I think of my Sniff and I smile. I picture him seeing
me opening the door. The first thing he's going to want
is to be brushed. Can't wait to see his cute face.
The new day begins once again wet, cold and dreary looking.

That's the thing about depression: A human being can
survive almost anything, as long as she sees the end in sigh...
