What good is the warmth of summer,
without the cold of winter to give it sweetness...
Woke up early as usual and caught Sniff snoozing on top of the
sofa in the living room right around sunrise. He sleeps with us in the
bedroom but get up as early as I do and finds other comfy spots.
Today the temperatures are not as "bad" as the were yesterday.

Friday again. Today Downtown does not seem to be
in our plans. Just a little too cold for us. Yes, we are wimps
when it comes to the cold. The Viking of the family, Arvid is
even more a wimp when the cold hits. Sniff is no better 😂
Here he is all bundled up with whatever he can find.
Sniff has already found his morning spot to chill in. Arvid
still in bed and I am having some quiet time on my own. Life is
good and I am happy and grateful for these simple pleasures.
In the depth of winter, I finally learned that
there was in me an invincible summer...
