I'm glad it's finally hot enough to complain about how
hot it is. The "best" thing about a heat wave is constantly
having the illusion that you're getting exercise...
Coming back to Florida we knew it was going to be hot,
but we did not expect it to actually kick our butts. The other day as
we went walking, withing less than 10 minutes we were soaking wet.
The heat is a different one. It's sticky, humid and I don't really
care to be doing any more outdoor activities for months.
Just a reminder. October is breast cancer awareness month. Get
checked, early detection saves lives. It's better to know and do
something about it. The alternative could be death sentence,
