The traveler sees what he sees,
the tourist sees what he has come to see...
There is something about Branson that attracts people to
come back year after year. The lakes, the family activities,
the shows. Whatever it is they come for, it's always good for
all the local businesses, and of course for the (our) hotels.
Yesterday at Almost Home I checked out the garden.
Thanks to Andrew and Ralph this garden has delighted many with
it's vegetables for several months now. Even I have sampled
their tomatoes , and I'll tell you, it's the best.
Once again we are waking up to cooler temperatures. A bit foggy
right now, but should clear up later in the day. A good day to all.
Arvid and I will be back to work, preparing Almost Home
for next week's inspection. We're slowly getting there.
Life is a long lesson in humility. The greatest happiness
of life is the conviction that we are loved; loved for
ourselves, or rather, loved in spite of ourselves...
