You can walk out of this house, but you always
return home. Home is where the heart is...
I could not be any happier to be home. Vacations are
good. Vacations are also mostly exhausting. Lots of family
to catch up with. All of that is good, but nothing compares
to being home again with Sniff. It's peaceful and quiet.
Today it's catchup time with my wildlife friends.
They sure look well fed and healthy. My being away
for a while did not stop them from eating well 😂
I have missed them very much and am happy to see
that they are back as clockwork. Our neighbor also has
a bird feeder in his back yard, so the birds are well fed.
The others, well they find food on their own. While I
am here, I supplement their food supply a little.
All things considered, it was a good summer, but being
home is the best. I have missed my Sniff-Sniff a LOT.
