A Sunday well spent brings a week of content...

This picture above is from Chicago.  On Sundays in Chicago we had this favorite spot.

It's a Chinese Restaurant.  It actually called the Chinese Friendship Restaurant.  Arvid 

and I call it Glens, because the first time we were there our waiters name was Glen.

When you ask Arvid what he misses in Chicago one of the places is "Glens"

Relaxing day.  Family day and my day to NOT do any cooking.

I like cooking, but I also like to have a day off.

Today is my dad's birthday.  I love this man with all my heart.  All the goodness
in me in us we inherited from our dad and mom.  He taught us compassion and kindness
 to each other.  Traits that are the way I live my live.  He showed us how to be good.

When life throws tomatoes at you make Bloody Marys.
