What To Take....?

I'm unpredictable, I never know where I'm going until I get there, I'm so random, I'm always growing, learning, changing, I'm never the same person twice. But one thing you can be sure of about me; is I will always do exactly what I want to do..

Knowing what to take to Norway is not always an easy choice and soon will have to start packing.  We don't take that long so we normally pack on the day we leave.  Brutus gets stressed when he sees the suitcases, so Arvid and I always wait until the last moment before we take them out.
   Living in Florida most of the year, all we wear are summer clothes.  Not too many sweaters nor jackets.  Going to Norway for the summer one has to be prepared for cold weather no matter what.  That's why I am at a loss as to what clothes to take.

The truth is that like everyone else I always take too much stuff.  This happens all the time, and I never wear more than a quarter of what I take.  The reason is my clothes are for warm climate and not  for Norwegian summers.
This year I have decided to do as Arvid.  He is taking 2 pairs of jeans.  Will only wear one of them that I can bet on, and he;s probably taking two pairs of shorts.    Many tops of course, a leather jacket and a sweater.  He says that's all he needs.

Wish I were like him.  This year I have decided to take 2 pairs of jeans .  Two Capri's, maybe 2 skirts which I will probably never wear because it will be too cold.


Will take many tops.  Most I will not 
wear for the same reason and yes will
 have to take quite a few sweaters.  These I will definitely wear.  
I do love handbags, but also find that when I take a few I get too lazy to switch them around so maybe one will do.  Most likely my backpack also.  May use the most.
Shoes...another story.  Most likely will just do sneakers because if you are out for the day it gets cold by the afternoon, your feet freeze.  Definitely need socks and sneakers.  Good for walking and for indoors when visiting.

We are invited to a party.  Most likely everyone will be all dressed up.  Arvid and I will most likely be the only ones in jeans.  Sounds good to me.  I love being different from the crowd:)
