Island Farms....Eleuthera Bahamas

 I make the most of all that comes and the least of all that goes.

So many things we enjoy while in Eleuthera.  One of those is going to Island Farm.  It is one of the best places on the island that I now of where you can get fresh vegetables, delicious fruits and fresh bread that is just mouth watering.

Just today we went there..already our second visit for this trip and we have only been here since Sunday.  All we needed was some fresh lettuce, tomatoes and some peppers.  Well when we got there I ended up getting fresh cheese bread, homemade spicy salsa, homemade salad dressing, jams and quite a few other items....to top it off I was also rewarded with a coconut picked right there and then.  Can't wait to have it cut open and have that delicious coconut water.....

Being here in Eleuthera is always a relaxing time for Arvid, Brutus and I.  We love it and we always have fun.  It is always nice to meet up with our friends here in the island, eat out a few times at our favorite restaurants do some business and some sightseeing...already been to Mate and Jenny's.  The best Pizza on the Island and if you were to ask Arvid his answer would be the best pizza ever!!......The Farm supplies all the fresh produce to the restaurant....always delicious.
