Good decisions come from experience, and experience comes from bad decisions.
We have been looking and looking online in the MLS now for day and days trying to decide on a place to live. I have come across hundreds of properties......so many beautiful places to choose from. Of course among all these gorgeous places there are also tons of scary looking ones.
Being reators we know that pictures do not tell the entire story when it comes to buying a place and for that reason we need to be there to look and to make sure we are getting the right place.
Here are some pictures of what I have come across so far. Of course will only show the nice ones because who really wants to see the scary ugly ones?So many choices.....now just to find something ....
In any moment of decision the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing.....
