Irritating People...

“I don't have pet peeves, I have whole kennels of irritation”

I have many virtues if I may say so myself but I do not possess the virtue of patience.  Well let me re-phrase this.  I am patient up to a point like everyone else I guess.
 
What irritates me in a person is (so many things) stupidity.  Nothing is so annoying as dealing with a stupid person and I don't mean stupid because they lack education...I mean stupid because they lack common sense.
 
I am starting to realize that common sense is not so common.  If it were most would have it.
 
Take for instance today, out of the goodness of my heart I decided to take this lady around.  I will call her Stella.  First time to Florida so I thought why not.  I am nice after all and it would not hurt to show her around a bit.
 

Big mistake.  Stella is a nutcase.  Another thing that I find annoying...nut cases.  She starts off with "oh my God I can't breathe in this city..I need to take the water taxi so the air can go through me"  I look a her and just sighed.  Here it is 110F and the woman is complaining and wants me to turn off the air conditioner in the car because she does not think it is healthy.  I looked at her and said no.  Told her I never put my windows down and if she wanted to have windows down in this heat she can go ahead and rent her own car.  Shut her up for a bit.
 
Stella is from Europe and it seems that her country is into everything American.  Whatever their country has it seems it is not good enough for her and I think many think the same as she does.  Have to say i am not that crazy about Europe myself.  Love it best in the USA....
 

Have you ever had a conversation with someone and never really got a word in yet the conversation lasted well over one hour.  How annoying is this.  I know many people like this.  They talk you listen and at times all one has to do is say "yes"  "no" "really"....you get the drift.  At the same time you do not want to hang up on them because well...many times it can be family also.....
 
Example...Best friend.  She talks and talks and talks and talks....You get the point. You can't break in to give your opinion or what not because she's already on another topic. She'll call me up and starts talking about her problems right away with barely asking me how I am doing.


What's wrong with people like this? There are times I feel like yelling, "Will you please JUST SHUT UP!"


Well as you may have notice I have lots of pet peeves.....and today I am realln not in the mood for them......there  are more but I think you get the idea....CIAO!!...
